Mumbai Weather Outlook

As per the IMD, Mumbai will experience partly cloudy skies with the likelihood of moderate rainfall or thunderstorms today, May 15. The maximum temperature may reach up to 35°C, while the minimum is expected around 27°C.

For May 17 to 20, Mumbai is expected to witness light rain and occasional drizzle, with the possibility of thunderstorms returning by May 19 and 20.


Orange Alert for Pune, Nashik & Nearby Districts

The IMD has raised an orange alert for the following districts on May 15:

  • Pune

  • Nashik

  • Satara

  • Ahilyanagar (Aurangabad)

This indicates the possibility of heavy rainfall and thunderstorms that may disrupt normal routines.


Yellow Alert: Thunderstorms, Rain & Winds Expected

A yellow alert has been issued for multiple regions across May 15 to 17, warning of:
