But how does one know if those feelings are depression and anxiety? Even though there is no explicit indicator, there are still certain signs that are explained below that help signal the fact that these emotions are parallel anxieties and depression.
You Often Have Thoughts That Reflect Self-Hate
A person with anxiety may have thoughts that reflect on past traumas and poor experiences, such as a person may often find themselves blaming themselves for causing it, even during times when they were not in charge of what occurred.
