Four missing Indian-Americans found dead in US after suspected car crash

Missing Indian origin couples found dead in PennsylvaniaFour Indian-origin senior citizens who had been missing for four days in Pennsylvania, USA, were found dead in a suspected car crash. Marshall County Sheriff Mike Dougherty confirmed the deaths on Saturday night.Their light green Toyota Camry was discovered late at night on August 2nd along Big Wheeling Creek Road in Marshall County, West Virginia.Marshal County Sheriff Mike Dougherty confirmed that the four individuals who were reported missing from Buffalo, New York, have been found deceased following a vehicle crash. The victims were identified as Dr Kishor Diwan, Asha Diwan, Shailesh Diwan, and Geeta Diwan. Their vehicle was located on Saturday, at approximately 9.30 pm, off a steep embankment along Big Wheeling Creek Road. First responders were on the scene for more than five hours. Sheriff Dougherty extends condolences to the families of the victims. The four individuals, residents of New York, were last seen on July 29 at a Burger King outlet, where they made a credit card transaction.They were reportedly heading to the Palace of Gold, an ISKCON religious site in Marshall County, and were expected to arrive there on Tuesday night. Local media reported that their phones had been switched off since July 29, raising suspicions of their disappearance. The last signal from their phones was traced to Moundsville. Following a missing persons complaint, Marshall County police launched a search operation, which included helicopter deployment.
