UP govt asks higher education institutions to host ‘Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign
In the first stage, from Aug 2 to 8, the walls of universities and colleges will be decorated with art based on the tricolour. HEIs will organise tricolour rakhi-making competitions and send rakhis to soldiers and policemen. In addition, HEIs have been asked to organise tricolour rangoli competitions.
