Gradually, it was also implemented across the department, leading the an overload on the servers, believed to be the reason behind the outage.As the problem escalated, senior postal officers in Gujarat reported the matter to the Delhi headquarters. It is expected that services will be restored by Wednesday, and officials have assured that operations will resume with enhanced speed and efficiency once the issues are resolved.
