Three murders in 48 hours spark panic in Jamnagar district

Jamnagar district has witnessed three murder cases within just 48 hours, triggering public concern. After two killings in Moongni village and Gulab Nagar in Jamnagar city, a third murder was reported on Thursday in Nanduri village of Lalpur taluka.In the latest incident, a 70-year-old farmer, Jetabhai Karangiya, was reportedly attacked with an iron rod following a dispute over tree cutting.The assault occurred during a reconciliation meeting with another farmer, Khimabhai Karangiya, who allegedly lost control and struck him fatally.The victim succumbed to injuries during treatment, and the accused has been arrested.Earlier, a man was killed in Moongni village on Wednesday, followed by the murder of a differently-abled youth pushed off a moving train near Gulab Nagar bridge.Police have registered separate cases and investigations are underway in all three incidents.
